V\u00a0\u010cR vznik\u00e1 mnoho startupov\u00fdch firem, zahrani\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti u n\u00e1s otev\u00edraj\u00ed pobo\u010dky a lov\u00ed mozky i v\u00a0\u0159ad\u00e1ch student\u016f, aby si v\u00a0p\u0159edstihu zajistily kvalitn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance. Jak na tom ale jsou \u010de\u0161t\u00ed studenti s prezenta\u010dn\u00edmi dovednostmi, tedy schopnostmi \u201eprodat\u201c nejen sebe, ale i sv\u016fj n\u00e1pad? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed studenti technick\u00fdch obor\u016f maj\u00ed se sebeprezentac\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Potvrzuje to i studie The Erasmus Impact Study, kter\u00e1 porovn\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdsledky a schopnosti student\u016f na zahrani\u010dn\u00edch st\u00e1\u017e\u00edch v\u00a0cel\u00e9 sedmadvac\u00edtce. Na vin\u011b je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm syst\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, respektive n\u00edzk\u00e1 pozornost v\u011bnovan\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b prezenta\u010dn\u00edm dovednostem. V\u00a0syst\u00e9mu z\u00e1padn\u00edho \u0161kolstv\u00ed jsou studenti zpravidla ji\u017e od \u00fatl\u00e9ho v\u011bku povinni prezentovat sv\u00e9 projekty a refer\u00e1ty. Stejn\u011b tak jsou d\u011bti podporov\u00e1ny ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m vystupov\u00e1n\u00ed, aby nem\u011bly v budoucnu strach z\u00a0publika.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161i studenti technick\u00fdch \u0161kol jsou v\u00a0tomto ohledu pozadu a mnoho z nich se setk\u00e1 s\u00a0prezentov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem lid\u00ed a\u017e na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole. Mnohdy ani tak nez\u00edskaj\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. Probl\u00e9mem n\u011bkter\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol je toti\u017e \u010dasto neochota adaptovat se na komer\u010dn\u00ed sf\u00e9ru a dynamick\u00fd trh pr\u00e1ce. Zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed si \u201ev\u011bdeck\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup\u201c, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci n\u011bho\u017e jsou studenti p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ni pouze na prezentace v\u011bdeck\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f a tvrd\u00fdch dat, co\u017e se podle <strong>docenta Romana Ja\u0161ka z\u00a0Fakulty aplikovan\u00e9 informatiky UTB ve Zl\u00edn\u011b <\/strong>viditeln\u011b projevuje: \u201e<em>Studenti technick\u00fdch obor\u016f maj\u00ed obecn\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed prezenta\u010dn\u00ed a komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti ne\u017e studenti obor\u016f humanitn\u00edch. Tito dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed mnohdy daleko l\u00e9pe a efektn\u011bji zac\u00edlit svou prezentaci a zaujmout tak i m\u00e9n\u011b problematiky znal\u00e9ho poslucha\u010de. Uveden\u00fd nedostatek m\u016f\u017ee pak b\u00fdt probl\u00e9mem p\u0159i firemn\u00edch prezentac\u00edch nebo p\u0159i snaze o z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00e9ho investora. I jinak v\u00fdborn\u00fd projekt tak m\u016f\u017ee skon\u010dit v ko\u0161i d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e dostane svou \u0161anci na realizaci.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9m je i v samotn\u00fdch studentech a jejich nechuti se v komunika\u010dn\u00edch dovednostech zlep\u0161ovat: <em>\u201eI kdy\u017e na univerzit\u011b nab\u00edz\u00edme kurzy prezenta\u010dn\u00edch a komunika\u010dn\u00edch dovednost\u00ed, tak se jev\u00ed student\u016fm technick\u00fdch obor\u016f jako nezaj\u00edmav\u00e9 a jsou z jejich pohledu v\u011bt\u0161inou ztr\u00e1tou \u010dasu. Kv\u016fli podcen\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdznamu prezenta\u010dn\u00edch dovednost\u00ed si jejich hodnotu studenti uv\u011bdom\u00ed a\u017e v okam\u017eiku p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 konfrontace s prax\u00ed nebo p\u0159i prezentaci vlastn\u00edho \u0161koln\u00edho projektu, co\u017e je ten lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>Ja\u0161ek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly si jsou v\u011bdomy tohoto probl\u00e9mu a sna\u017e\u00ed se situaci zlep\u0161it pomoc\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed implementace prezentac\u00ed do v\u00fduky a zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f: <em>\u201eDo vybran\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f jsou za\u0159azeny obhajoby projekt\u016f. Ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed prezenta\u010dn\u00edch dovednost\u00ed nab\u00edz\u00edme tak\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty jako Prezenta\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti, R\u00e9torika, Komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti, Kultura projevu a tvorba text\u016f nebo i Typografie a publikov\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1<strong> Doktor Bohuslav K\u0159ena, prod\u011bkan pro bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 studium\u00a0Fakulty informa\u010dn\u00edch technologi\u00ed VUT v\u00a0Brn\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ke zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed prezenta\u010dn\u00edch dovednost\u00ed student\u016f p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 i\u00a0n\u011bkolik projekt\u016f a organizac\u00ed. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b sout\u011b\u017e o nejlep\u0161\u00ed diplomovou pr\u00e1ci v\u00a0oborech informa\u010dn\u00edch technologi\u00ed IT SPY, kde pr\u00e1v\u011b prezenta\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti hraj\u00ed jednu ze z\u00e1sadn\u00edch rol\u00ed v\u00a0cest\u011b za v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00edm. <em>\u201eS prezenta\u010dn\u00edmi schopnostmi student\u016f m\u00e1m zku\u0161enosti nejen jako mana\u017eer, ale i pedagog, a mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jsou mnohdy \u0161patn\u00e9. Chyb\u00ed nejen pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 projevu, ale i zdrav\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, kter\u00e9 uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee si student za sv\u00fdm projektem stoj\u00ed a v\u011b\u0159\u00ed mu. Sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed IT SPY chceme mimo jin\u00e9 rozv\u00edjet i prezenta\u010dn\u00ed schopnosti student\u016f. V\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku byla nap\u0159\u00edklad povinnou slo\u017ekou p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ky tiskov\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va, kter\u00e1 p\u0159edstavovala p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fd projekt,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Tom\u00e1\u0161 Kr\u00e1tk\u00fd, mana\u017eer sout\u011b\u017ee IT SPY a Research and Development Director ve spole\u010dnosti Profinit. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>O sout\u011b\u017ei IT SPY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IT SPY (IT Student Project of the Year Czech &amp; Slovak ACM Chapter 2016; d\u0159\u00edve ACM SPY) je ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed sout\u011b\u017e \u010desk\u00fdch a slovensk\u00fdch univerzit o nejlep\u0161\u00ed diplomovou pr\u00e1ci v oblasti informatiky a informa\u010dn\u00edch technologi\u00ed. Po odborn\u00e9 str\u00e1nce sout\u011b\u017e za\u0161ti\u0165uj\u00ed \u010desk\u00e1 a slovensk\u00e1 sekce celosv\u011btov\u00e9 profesn\u00ed organizace ACM. C\u00edlem sout\u011b\u017ee je podpo\u0159it studenty v jejich studiu a pomoci jim uplatnit tuto snahu i v\u00fdsledky v praxi.<\/p>\n<p>IT SPY 2016 je ji\u017e sedm\u00fdm ro\u010dn\u00edkem t\u00e9to sout\u011b\u017ee. Ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b mohou fakulty presti\u017en\u00edch \u010desk\u00fdch a slovensk\u00fdch univerzit nominovat a\u017e 10 IT prac\u00ed od sv\u00fdch student\u016f. Jejich kvalita je pak posuzov\u00e1na akademickou porotou z pohledu re\u0161er\u0161e, v\u00fdzkumu, vyhodnocen\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a realizace.<\/p>\n<p>Sout\u011b\u017e organizuj\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 a slovensk\u00e9 univerzity a Czech and Slovak ACM Chapters (acm.org) \u00a0ve spolupr\u00e1ci se spole\u010dnost\u00ed Profinit.
